We are Andries & Laura, the team behind Vojaĝi Kune. Vojaĝi Kune means ‘traveling together’ and comes from Esperanto. We have been living in Sweden since December 2021 and use the name Vojaĝi Kune for our company. We guide organisations and their employees in their journey towards circular business operations that make an impact. Hence our slogan ‘from the idea to the top’. We offer tailor-made programs from a business perspective and are focused on the organisation and its external environment.
A strong combination
With Vojaĝi Kune we join forces because we then offer a combination of soft and hard skills. Andries is strong in the financial and numerical part, among other things. In addition, he is analytical, structured, and process-oriented. Laura is a strong communicator, persistent and enthusiastic. She also has capacities to coach people and teams and she has published the Dutch book “JOBvious; Put your brand to work” written. Thanks to our business administration background, we can advise on effective business strategy and operations and on improving operational processes.

Background Andries In recent years Andries was director and CEO of Tocardo. Tocardo is active in the renewable energy sector, both in the Netherlands and the United Kingdom. Tocardo is the market leader and thought leader in the field of tidal energy systems, owns and operates a new and innovative tidal power station in the Oosterscheldekering. Andries was responsible for all day-to-day operations, business, and project development on a global level within the company. He also has experience with investor relations, capital raising activities, and (European) grant application procedures, from writing proposals up to and including the final report to the granting authorities. Andries previously worked for Powerhouse/Essent, the Energy Research Center of the Netherlands (ECN) in Petten, and held various financial positions within asset management, waste incineration, and energy companies. | Background Laura In recent years Laura has worked at PostNL Parcels and her last position was Depot Manager Opmeer. As Depot Manager she was ultimately responsible for all activities carried out at this depot, both in the distribution and sorting process. Laura led a team of 11 Process Managers and was responsible for about 400 employees. She was the connecting factor for all people who work at depot Opmeer, ultimately responsible for the fact that approximately 45,000 recipients have to receive their ordered package on time every day, and ultimately responsible for realizing and guaranteeing an efficient organisation for the sorting and distribution process within the company. catchment area and linking pin at the national level for the focus areas “Personnel” and “Arbo”.
